The story of vivi così was born from a journey in search of natural and tasty nutrition.

A journey that marks constant evolution towards new technological and market frontiers, where we have experimented and offered our clients ever better products and increasingly advanced solutions. Yesterday, today and tomorrow.

1977
100% Plant-based Choice
The Gallo family eliminates dairy from their diet, choosing a completely plant-based diet.
1980
A New Beginning
Salvatore and Mirvana leave their eight-hour-a-day jobs to dedicate themselves completely to the production of plant-based foods. That same year they open their first local shop.
1993
From Food to Beverages
After initial food production and the creation of soy milk, Salvatore begins to imagine new techniques for working with grain-based beverages, starting with rice.
1999
Technology
With his company International Foods, located in Santarcangelo, Salvatore develops a new processing method for plant-based beverages, enabling an integrated and flexible process for various agricultural products.
2005
Production Technologies Spread in the Italian Market
Many important Italian groups show interest in these innovative products
2012
New Generations in the Company
His children, Caterina, Luca and Samuele, become part of the family business. That same year a new production line dedicated to rice is developed, in partnership for the Brazilian market — the first production line in South America.
2016
New Product Range
New beverages based on oats, almonds and millet are born, marketed under the Terra e Pane brand. The new Mirvana brand is also launched and the Vegan Style brand is acquired. Meanwhile, products dedicated to the Food Service sector are developed under the Barista Protagonista brand.

Beyond the Local Market
Passion for healthy and natural food opens doors to international markets, with new products and dedicated services.

Terraepane

A rich and diverse range of plant-based and strictly Organic beverages produced in Italy, naturally good and for the whole family. Our most celebrated brand. With forty years of savoir faire within.

Mirvana

A name inspired by the head of the Gallo family for a line of plant-based beverages imagined for large-scale distribution and to intrigue the widest audience. Nourishing and balanced recipes to stay in shape and eat correctly from the morning. With an essential and "no frills" style.
