The choice and origin of raw materials allow us to guarantee consistent quality, authentic taste and a nature-friendly choice. We work with partners who respect international standards of sustainability, traceability and environmental protection.

Cereals, nuts, legumes are the base elements of our beverages. To multiply taste and flavor, we like to add nature to nature with the addition of coconut, cocoa, vanilla and vitamins.

From the whole grain, a unique process

The heart of our work is a unique method in Italy and rare in Europe: we start from the whole grain, not from already treated flour, paste or powder.

This approach allows us to control every extraction phase, guaranteeing:

  • higher nutritional quality
  • more authentic and natural taste
  • total traceability of raw materials
  • less transformation and therefore greater ingredient integrity

Processing takes place through proprietary technologies that combine selected enzymes, optimized parameters and precise temperature management, to obtain stable, naturally good products ready to be customized to the needs of our partners.

It is a more complex method, but it is what makes the difference between a standard plant-based beverage and an authentic-tasting plant-based beverage.

Our main goal is to develop plant-based drinks that are ever more innovative, tasty, and nutritious, while maintaining standards of safety, sustainability, and accessibility for consumers.
